History

Vetmed started its journey as a manufacturer of Ayurvedic Veterinary Medicines in the year 1973 about 50 years back at the northern fringe of Kolkata. Initially it was a Proprietary unit of Late Ranu Bhattacharyya. In the year 1988 the unit was converted into a partnership firm and subsequently in 2004 the firm was converted into a Private Limited company with Late Ranu Bhattacharyya and her five wards as directors.
